Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as Working Days. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday to Sunday and on a public holiday will be picked up by the courier on the next working day.
Order Cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery is 12pm SGT. Items will be delivered by courier services (Teleport/SpeedPost / Qxpress / Ninjavan) .
Handling Time: Orders will be shipped the same day on working days if the order is completed and paid before 12pm SGT. Otherwise orders will be shipped the next working day upon receive of payment.
Import Taxes and Custom Duties for International Orders: International orders are shipped with DAP (Deliver At Place) terms. Under such trade terms, the importer (customer) is solely responsible for effecting customs clearance, and paying any customs duties.
